As you will appreciate, due to an unprecedented level of demand and in order to honour Flight Adventures’ ongoing commitments to all its valued customers, specific days of the week and times must be allocated to Groupon customers. We therefore apologize to anyone who is unable to obtain their preferred date and time and thank you for your patience.
For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that any customer who is unable or unwilling to accept the dates or times which the Groupon scheduler is able to offer them will be entitled to cancel their voucher with Groupon and claim a refund.
